I may be able to help. I have several styles of GT doors. I also found an aluminum frame that Plexiglas door fit, modified door that have been painted over with a cut out. Some doors appear to be a different size. I am looking for the correct doors or instructions on how to fit the ones I have.

Thanks Doug. I would have to imagine they would be a bit to much money to ship to North Carolina.

Shipping large or awkward objects can be pretty cheap if you contact Amtrak/Greyhound. I've shipped full front bumper/aero, entire sets of wheels, etc... all fairly cheaply if you aren't in a hurry. They fit it in wherever they have open cargo space so fast delivery isn't really their priority.

Weren't the doors just bent Plexiglass? That is what I remember. As such you should only need a pattern and heat to make replacements. I do not have a Bradley at the moment, but have inquired about buying on from another member.

Many have tried......all have failed Then the their technique is flawed. Probably simpler to make most of the door in fiberglass with a smaller window.

Most likely......but until you try either of your suggestions your opinion is not supported by experience. My experience has shown me that things like "dropping a GT body on another chassis" or "making the doors out of fiberglass" is a lot easier to type on a forum then it is to actually accomplish.

RE: Doors. Is that a challenge? I've done a lot of fiberglass and carbon fiber. Once my current project is complete it looks like a GT with Geo Metro 1.0 3-Cyl. engine is in my plans. It will still have more HP than a VW engine, and an extra 1500 or so RPM. Previously built car on the pan, with title, no doors or windshield. Not going to be a barn burner but should get around 40 MPG. Intent is to be my commute car if I take a job that is not near to me.
