It's a stick -on rubber w/chrome trim. Check a auto paint supplier & but it by the roll. You will get about 3 times more the if you get it at Pep Boys.

Bad news, WebShot.com ( my picture storage ) is closing down in Dec. They are changing over to Smile.com & will be charging for the storage. This means all of the pictures on this post may be removed. I have been able to down load all of them, but they are messed up & not in order or folders. Skip, do you have a Facebook profile? if so you can store your pics on there and post from that link. That's what I do, and its still free. But I think you're right about your pics coming off, thats going to stink. I better start printing pages now for future reference...

Good Grief Charlie Brown, this posting alone is 34 pages, makes me wonder what the subby transformation will be like.

Big news coming on this project that's been sitting for over 2 years in the back yard. Whats the BIG news ? Restarting work on it? selling it? subby powertrain conversion with twin trubos running NOS? Everyone's gotta have a little helper, and who can say no to a face like that. Good Grief Charlie Brown, this posting alone is 34 pages, makes me wonder what the subby transformation will be like. Hey, what's that front spoiler off of? 1990 Dodge Daytona , its actually about 1 1/2" too wide , but working some windows "paint" magic (still haven't messed with photoshop) i see what things can look like before i wreck the body or the random parts i have laying around - the turn signals are from an '87 Dakota pickup. once i get rolling on this again I'll start posting before pics, tear down pics, idea pics like this, and rebuild:-X .

Your not going to be happy about this! Eddie (kidoh1965) thinks my Trike is so Bad Ass, he wants to build. It would be cheaper then finishing the the GT. So the body is up for sale, check the classifieds section.

Here it is in mockup outside. Put it in the garage this morning. Got it welded up & standing on it's own 3 feet. The front fork is bent & will need to be straighten.

Update on the Ex-Bradley GT to Trike. After 2 weeks it's going together. Have a different front fork assy coming in on Monday from eBay as the other one was bent & cheaper to change out the whole thing. There may be a 3th one using the GT rear body

Hey Skip how 'bout a few detail pix of how the MC frame is connected to the VW chassis? OK, I'll try, but with it all paint may be a little hard to show all of the HARD WORK!!!!! Got the whole frame w/ paper. The top frame was left as is. Cut the bottom off & the brace in front to the rear. Added new 1.25" tubing at the bottom all the way back to the VW tunnel. The tunnel was then trimmed back, cut a hole in the side of it for the shift handle. It was mount on the left side 1st as a cable clutch. Then went to a Slave So moved it to the right side as he would need his hand on the handle bars. Got a new shift box at the VW Speed Shop & after 6 -8 times setting it up, now works smooth as silk. So we used the hole in the tunnel to mount the M/C key. Mod the stock brake pedal & mount to the frame with the older type master as will be using rear brake only with it. 16 ga metal was added to the front bottom & will have Alum diamond plate to cover the frame. This Trike has a shorter wheel base then mine & right now you ca pick up the front end by the axle with one finger. Thinking Wheeleeeeeeee!!! ;D OK, Breaks over, back to work ya-all
