Ok well I am not really all that say about it. I set out what I planed to do, proved people wrong, and had fun doing it. But now I need to move on to another project.
Some of you have seen the car some may have not.... Here is some info and a link to the original build thread bradleygt.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=811
- Titled as a 1974 VW beetle
- 1600cc Single port engine
- GM Synergy Green paint
- Old school cragar rims
- Grant GT steering wheel.
Some known problems
- Has a charging problem. I believe the old tired generator is just no good.
- Has developed an oil leak. It could be coming from the new pushrod tubes or could be more
- Windshield is new but will need to come back out to install a better gasket (I have it and is included)
- It does need new ball joints and possibly tie rods.
I am looking to get $4000 out of the car. I will consider all reasonable offers from GT members. I will also be listing it on ebay shortly and it is on craigslist
