I have one. I just justed my build and am leaving the engine open. I'm not sure I have the hinge though...

i had to get a new hinge for mine awhile ago. if you need one check your local home depot or true value.

It look like the valability of the GT engine cover is getting very slim. I don't think it would be very hard to make your own mold for a new engine cover. A couple small sheets of play wood, a plank of 1" lumber. Some Fiberglass mat and resin. Plastic drop cloth. Use the plywood sheets for the outter edge and the center flat area of the engine cover. Use the 1" to make a ramp for the center section and across the top. Use wood filler to fillet the curved section along the top section and the center cover rise. And a little sanding and your mold is ready. Take plastic drop cloth to cover the mold. Cut and pleat and tape around all curved sections, so the resin will not stick to the wood mold. As for technick to work the fiberglass see the Topic: Skip20 Bradley GT - SS. Skip does a good job on how to work the Fiberglass and resin at the beginning of that Topic.  This is just my ideal on how to make an engine cover |

That is great! i wish i could opperate CAD that well, i do not have enough patcients (i know bad spelling...) to learn it.

How about drawing a GT 12 frame? Sure would save me some headaches - I cant find one with readable demensions. Thanks

there is a guy that has an avenger gt 12 on ebay he may give you the specs on it he is pretty cool i have messaged him about his car it is a nice one still unassembled, mine are both vw based or i would help you out the manuals are the closest i can come to help you out
