Well more under a pine tree in someone's back yard find, bought it on the cheep having no idea what it was just liked the body style. It started once but I bumped something and now have no accessory power so digging through this harness, any aftermarket companies that make doors or interiors for these?

You will have to be ore than just a "little" creative. And 500hp would not be manageable with a 50+ year old chassis or drum brakes, or stock steering
Try building it stock...that way when it sits in your shop and you pass it onto the next guy because you lose interest you won't be out of a lot of money. Nothing worse than investing $10k into a car thats never gonna be worth more than $5k on its best day
If you can finish it in stock form then you can always upgrade it

I own a auto repair and fab shop, basically the only thing we are keeping will be the body, put a tube frame under it and use k20 swap with some mr2 bits, pull the tank and put a fuel cell behind the pass seat, the intake from the k20 will stick out a bit past the rear but will make a custom rear cover. I can get a full k20 swap for around 1k. the lil VW engine in it runs great will pull and put up for sale.

Best of luck to you. My best advice is to think a lot and then spend only after that.
