Hello All,

The weatherstripping around the doors of my GT is falling off. I was looking at some new weatherstrip adhesive but they all seem to be for bonding to metal surfaces. Is there one for fiberglass? Also, could I just repair over the adhesive that is still on the car or do I need to strip it all off and start fresh? If that's the case, how can I go about removing the old adhesive without damaging anything?

3m Super weatherstrip adhesive. I like the yellow stuff but the black stuff is fine as well.

Yes...clean it carefully. Good off, WD40 work. Clean it with alcohol to make sure there is no debris and follow the instructions on the tube
