You can purchase freon with oil. I would use at least the first can with oil and the rest without. I don't know how your hoses are routed or how long they are but if they run the length of the car you'd better have 4 or 5 cans available. It helps to pull a vacuum on the system before charging. If the system will hold a vacuum you have no leaks. If your system has been previously charged it is unlikely more oil will be needed unless things have been disconnected and allowed to drain.
