Hi guys! after having my Bradley gt2 abandoned for a couple of decades I decided to start working on it, and I'am at the point to get new wheels and tires; and I hope that I can get some advise in how to calculate what kind of offset I need and also how big of a size on them I can go. Thank you!!!

Too many variables to make a call. Are you using wheel adapters or drilled drums/rotors? Is there any body lift? IRS or swing axle? I personally dislike wheel adapters so I spent the coin on rotors and rear drums with Chevy stud pattern.

Hi smyrnaguy! I did the conversion from drum brakes to disc brakes front and rear with 4x130 bolt pattern on the rotors, no body lift, swing axle, and if I can avoid the use of wheel adapters that would be better, at this point with all the time and money that I'm investing on it, I don't mind expend a bit of extra money to get a custom wheels that is why I need some advise on how to calculate the proper wheel offset to fill the huge inner fender space. thank you!

I wish I remember the sizes I bought when I built the GT so many years ago. One thing I can tell you is that there is not as much space for width as you might think. You need a tall tire or rim to fill the wheel opening but the actual space you have is not that big.

I thought all the swing axles were wide 5 bolt pattern. Anyway a standard VW bug 4x130 wheel has an offset of 3 7/8". That will give you a baseline to start from. If you add adapters that will increase by the adapter depth. I don't have a GT2 so I can't help with the wheel or tire size much. I have 215/60/R15 tires on my GT with no rubs or scrubs.
