Best way to lift body?

I've been working on rebuilding my GT 2, and I'm getting close to removing the body, so I can replace the floor pans. What's the best way to lift the front end off. I know you can lift the rear with the bumper mounts, what about the front? Would the headlight shaft work, or would it damage the body? Headlight system?

I made a lift using 2x4’s I was able to lift my GT body off by myself. There should be a discussion from 10 years ago somewhere on here
