Hi, I have a Bradley GT on a 1975 chassis and I would like to know where the Bradley body serial number is. I have the beetle VIN but not the Bradley number.

Not sure if there is one.

As I recall, some people reported having a serial number and others didn't have one. My GT body doesn't have one at all. It was apparently hit and miss with no real significance or order to any numbers that did appear. This was discussed years ago on the old board that got infected with a virus and was taken down. I think Jeff Troy may have some info on this? Gary Hammond,

I think they have been found in the front wheel well, under the dash or in the engine compartment. I know that's not much help, but a start. High probability that there isn't one.

On the GT (IF THEY GOT INSTALLED) the most common place was the front wheel wells. But I have also seen them in the engine compartment . Either way they are meaningless

I just bought a GT at an estate sale and the builder/owner/ engineer, copied the VW chassis serial number and had a plate made that he riveted to the dashboard low on the drivers side area.
