 Just an update on the SS build as I left it last winter to build a Honda Trike. This is mostly for the new member on this temp board just for a look see.     Some day I will do a new right up on it again which was loss on the old site. It's setup for a 6 cyl Boxer Subaru engine w/ 5 speed. Del Sol elec. windows & Toyota front & rear. A Datsun 280ZX wind shield.

Just for information Skip used a 280zx windshield and it's a fairly close fit.

Thanks Dean.... I am trying to locate a windshield that would work without having to do extreem mods and then I came across Skips post.
Now I just have to keep my eyes open for a 280zx for a donor.

Yes I agree, I miss seeing Rob Stone working on his too !!!! I know that although they were basicly the same concept, there is no two every finished the same !!! I myself am going convertible and was thinking of going front engined!! First thought was a v8 but have recently been leaning toward a rotary up front. I believe there is enough room for this engine and a radiator to fit under the hood which I would like to open corvette style.

Thanks... I finished reading thru the posts... Nice work there, I think I may eventually have to do the same thing when I finally get around to my GT2 (Got 1 with great glass all around and another one that is a virgin body with no glass at all).
On another topic... What front suspension are you using in this build?
