I just purchased this 1977 . The odometer is showing 924 miles. has the original metal flake jell coat. very nice, plus white interior with old stereo with cb. This car has the small clear rear window. My other car has the long dark tinted rear window. Is there much work involved in makeing either window work on either car. I think the long dark looks much better. What does anyone think the value of the red car is? Its in awsome original condition. Attachments:

Making the long window into the short one isn't too much work, some cutting of length and cutting the angles on the sides a little different. Making the short window into a long one requires much more talent As far as the value of these cars goes, it depends on what someone is willing to pay for it. They generally don't have a very high resale value though.

Shouldn't take much work to make either window fit either car though. just a little trrimming to make the angles right.

both windows drop into place. what i did when i switched windows, was i bought thin aftermarket foam weatherstrip from autozone. the bottom of the window would rest on the foam and everything else was the same.
