Years ago when I was an exchange student in Paris. I used to just go into a restaurant and point to something on the menu and take my chances. When the civet-lapin I ordered came I could figure out this was not a chicken from the proportions of the hind quarter. Needless to say it was delicious, i can see why it's a favorite there! It was prepared in a rich wine sauce and had been broiled probably at the last minute to crisp up the top parts.

About 35 years ago at my father-in-laws farm 3 of us went out rabbit hunting. We each had 22 rifles and we each got a rabbit. Took them back to the farm house and the mother-in-law cooked them, they turned out great. Wyn

Delicious!!!, las time was 6 months ago in a Greek restaurant in a wine and garlic sauce.

I was wondering if it bothered you when their little feet were tapping on your forehead...
Heard this one at work and it made everyone laugh. Thought I would post it here so you would not realize that it was a joke. Hope it made you laugh as well.
